A seasoned executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of business development experience, Tariq has a proven ability to foster business vision, develop and lead strategic initiatives, act as an agent for change and rally executive teams to deliver desired outcomes. He has demonstrated success in developing strategic alliances, sourcing capital, creating joint ventures and integrating acquisitions.

Tariq has previously founded InterSource LLC, providing IT and business process offshore outsourcing for US-based companies, and Venture Assets LLC, providing investment capital and strategic guidance for technology companies. Tariq is a guest lecturer for the Fisher Executive MBA program at The Ohio State University, and has served on a number of local and national venture capital committees and task forces. He currently serves on the boards of International Visitors Council, The Ohio State University Fisher College Center for Entrepreneurship, and Ohio State's Global Markets Advisory Team.

Dr. Sybert has been on the cutting edge of spinal surgery for more than a decade. His passion for helping people abolish back pain has taken him around the world. In Japan, he pursued anterior spinal reconstruction with Dr. Kiyoshi Kaneda and in Germany he tackled spinal reconstruction technique with Dr. Jurgen Harms. His published studies have garnered high praise from colleagues, who often call on him to lead lectures and workshops.

A founding partner of The Mount Carmel New Albany Surgical Hospital, Dr. Sybert continues to be instrumental in cultivating its reputation for excellence. This $40 million facility sets a new standard in healthcare through its efficiency, specialization and responsiveness to patients. Dr. Sybert leads his team as both Spine Surgical Fellowship Director and Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program Director.
Dr. Sybert is also an Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon with OrthoNeuro (Orthopedic and Neurological Consultants, Inc.). This innovative practice is dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and prevention of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. He serves as the Spinemed Program Director and on the Executive Management Team.

He also has a diploma in Management of Development Projects from University of Pittsburgh, PA, USA where he also obtained his masters in Public Administration. Mark is a gifted merchandising leader and retail executive with a background ranging from business start-up to international operations. Most recently, he co-founded Indigo Nation, a new retail business with men's and women's fashion denim lifestyle collections. Mark planned, organized and led the start-up business, opened four initial stores and laid the groundwork for additional openings.

Mark was Vice President & General Merchandise Manager for the men's division of Express, reorganizing and remerchandising the division to target a new customer. He was EVP of TY Incorporated, leading merchandising, sales/marketing, and distribution for the Beanie Baby empire. Mark gained international experience as leader of Giorgio Armani Spa's Black Label collection, increasing sales and driving record profit across more than 90 stores. In another international role, he served as Director of Cole Haan Srl, the European wholesale division of Cole Haan. Mark also served as VP/GMM of Polo Ralph Lauren, with leadership responsibility for sales, merchandising, advertising and public relations.
Ashok is a senior business executive with over 25 years of management experience in varied industries and market segments, including IT consulting, engineering services, marketing, and manufacturing. He has extensive experience across diverse organizational functions, in implementing strategies, processes and systems. He has both started new and run existing operations in multicultural environments, including Japan, China, India and in the U.S.
Well networked into the IT and Investment Banking world both in the U.S. and abroad, he formulated many joint ventures, unique partnerships and alliances in the IT and BPO services field. Ashok has particular expertise in the offshore-led IT and BPO services integration, where the front end is based in the U.S.
Ashok is the co-founder and Managing Director of Sumpraxis LLC. This is a KPO Company with a focus on servicing SMEs, by providing engineering design services, IP and legal services, e-publishing and multimedia content services. He successfully established relationships with niche service delivery organizations offshore and set up offshore centers in India and in China. Prior to that, he partnered with Metamor Enterprise Solutions and led the BPO initiative in the Insurance, Healthcare, and Financial verticals focusing on serving the SME market segment.
