StrateSphere is carving out its own market niche in the private equity market by blending traditional venture capital with management consulting, and coining this innovative business model as "Active Capital". StrateSphere’s concept of Active Capital arises from the firm’s ability to leverage its strategic resources and position itself as a vested-interest partner of choice for enabling SMEs to maximize their enterprise value.

StrateSphere’s goal is to build a global portfolio of profitable Equity Ventures. The ventures in StrateSphere’s portfolio are Small-to-Medium-size Enterprises (SMEs), which StrateSphere deems to be strategically positioned for capitalizing on untapped opportunities and thus realize their potential.

Structure of Equity Ventures

Equity ventures within the StrateSphere portfolio are developed through Start-ups, Acquisitions, and Joint Ventures.

• SMEs that have reached a plateau or is in decline and are looking for a vested interest partner to help them stimulate and sustain growth or an exit solution
